2. Services Provided
Claimnest provides apartment renovation and construction services, including but not limited to full apartment renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and associated design and project management. All services are subject to the specific scope of work defined in a written contract. We will provide a detailed quote and timeline before commencing any work.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and requirements, including any relevant structural or regulatory restrictions. You must also provide a safe working environment for our team.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your contract and quote. Typically, a deposit of 20% is required before work begins, with progress payments made at agreed milestones. Final payment is due upon completion and your acceptance of the finished work. Any additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately and requires your written approval before we proceed.

We take pride in our work and provide a warranty on all workmanship in accordance with Australian consumer laws. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Our work is backed by a minimum 12-month warranty on finishes and a 6-year structural warranty.
